Since our last news June 2018, when we told you that we have avoided any frost, we were also saved from any hail storm !!
Our harvest began early September and offered us a beautiful vintage in term of quality but also in term of quantity, especially after the last 3 small vintages 2015, 2016 and 2017.
For now the 2018 have a very nice acidity, very floral and a high natural degree.
At the moment we’ve just bottled some Chablis, Vaillon and a small amount of Les Clos.
For now let’s enjoy our 2017, very limited of course in term of quantity, but a very typical mineral Chablis.
I will ad that we’ve avoided any frost damage this year and we do cross our fingers about any hail storm.
